Erin Condren

Erin Condren.

Erin Condren.

If you know what I'm talking about, you know why I'm freaking out over my new life planner.  Last year, I broke down and bought my very first life planner and totally figured out what all the hype was about.  I was a little late to jump back on the bandwagon this year and didn't order until just after New Years.

Well, guess what was waiting on the porch yesterday afternoon?

I love it!

This was last years.....

Still love it to pieces.  Although, I've noticed a few minor differences between last year's planner and this year's.  Mainly, last year's was a little "sturdier."  The new cover seems a bit flimsier and so do the monthly tab pages.  Those are significantly slimmer.  Not too sure how I feel about that yet.  I could keep last year's safely in my purse or teaching bag, but this one seems a bit more fragile.

Only time will tell.  Maybe I'll figure out the benefits of the more flexible pages.  Until then, I will scribble like crazy, plan excessively, and place wayyy too many stickers.

And, if you haven't checked out this chick's stuff before, you've got to take a peek.  Worth every penny, in my opinion.

  1. I don't really use a planner, but lately I find myself wishing I had one to write things down in. I have heard great things about Erin Condren and think if I got one that's the way I'd go. Except I have heard they're really big, and I'm not sure if I'd really want to lug it around with me all the time.

  2. I agree -- they're pretty thick and definitely not lightweight. I don't always stick it in my purse, unless I think I need it. I bought a very light and thin one from Target a few years back, and it was great to carry in my purse. :)

  3. Stickers included? How fun! I have to admit, I am horrible about using a planner...I'm very Type A, but for some reason using a calendar isn't one of my strong suits, haha! I tend to put reminders in my phone about things or go on memory!

    1. That was me, too! I'd leave notes in my phone, but then forget about my notes... That system just wasn't working for me anymore, so I switched to using a planner last year. I can't say I always get everything down, but it definitely helps!
